Description of what happened:
These two individuals were seen attempting to drive a quadbike up the stairs in the Kavala hospital. They were repeatedly asked to stop as they were obstructing my access to the MD I had been sent to revive. They refused and continued to attempt to drive up the stairs, with claims of being 'a stuntman'. They kept on trolling, VDMing me repeatedly by accident - though it was obviously an accident waiting to happen. I then revived my superior - MD Ted Farr - and he also requesting them to stop. They just carried on until the quadbike eventually fell down the stairs and they simply tried again. Ted OOCd in text chat and warned that trolling and VDMing in this way could get him banned (he forgot the // though that was a silly mistake which he later acknowledged) they still didn't stop. Once they got bored of trolling in this way, they drove around in circles around the NHS parking lot. Another player fired a shot to scare them off. I know this was within the green zone, but I have no desire to let this player get in any trouble for his actions as I believe he has no ill intent and simply forgot the rule in the heat of the moment. I explained this to him and he understands.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:
Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
You are allowed to immobilize MRAPS (Hunters/Striders/Ifrits), as long as you are in an MRAP aswell. This is because these are some of the only vehicles inside of the game that do not explode upon tapping eachother. Using any other vehicle as a weapon will result in a ban.
3C) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense.
Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban, or a unappealable ban depending on the admins decision).
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
It was clear to me that these two players had no intention of behaving sensibly - they did not respond to Ted's warning and their behaviour was stupid beyond what I believe to be of a player who has the capacity to express regret or apology.

I again remind you that the player at the end I have no desire to get banned. Warn him if you must, but I don't think he deserves a ban.
