Description of what happened:
I was getting shot at from the oil processing without any warning ( this part i didnt not record ). I put my hands up so that any people shooting would see that i mean no harm and to stop them shooting me. a member of the gang comes up to me and tells me that hes going to have to zip tie me for my own safety and proceeded to take me down to his other friends. i start to sing to lighten the mood which he tells me to stop so i did. He takes me into the centre of the oil processing area where i could be watched by the other fear members that was there. At this point without any rp from any other fear members it looks like [Fear] pvt.DIRTY ERNIE takes up guard behind me which is acceptable. Without warning or no rp from this player he knocks me out onto the ground and has i am getting back up i start to do the animation that tried to get a weapons from you back which he sees as a threat and shoot me in the head. I like to say i was zip-tied and i did comply with everything [Fear] col.mattjamco said to me.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
RDM - no roleplay or any word was said to me passed the point of the first guy who zip tied me and the guy said nothing to me when he hit me over the head with his weapons which resulted in him shooting me
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
yes he did not reply to me saying his name over side chat or message
