When I do applications, I may even exceed 10 msg per day, this has never happened to me. Maybe its a problem/feature for only certain people?

Yes I do believe there has been a limit for some time now. Try deleting some messages in your inbox and then sending.

I don't have an issue messaging on an already open message thing, & have easily done about 10 today(past 24hrs) but I just cannot start any new ones...
