No permission for the newbie guide?

Im a noob but I have no permission to read the newbie guide? Is it not active or do I have to do something to get access to it?

The official one is still very much WIP

Rico's one is good and we may approach him to use some things but its not complete to how i vision it but for now it will more than enough get you started!
