No Option To Apply For Services On Website

Hey;

Not sure if it's just me seeing this right now but the boxes at the top of the website's homepage instructing you on how to apply for Police or NHS have completely vanished. I was going to apply for police tonight but now I can't. Anybody know a fix?

I figured it was still WIP, quite sad though. I went to apply 2 minutes before the site went offline, so as soon as I clicked the button the site went offline.
