No Cheaper Hummingbird for a donator?

Hey guys... I donated so i could get the chopper cheap but the option is not there. :-/ Tried buying it, my friend who is also a donator can.

yeah on the desc for donating it says tier one gets it cheaper but I haven't even got it at the donor shop?
