No access to my apartment

Hi, I bought an apartment (location shown on map below). My apartment is on the second floor, and currently there is no way to the second floor. You have to park a vehicle below and use it to jump up to the second floor. Could this be changed so there is some stairs to the second floor.

It requires a large vehicle as well as its quite a jump, making sourcing said vehicle a long process.

Hey, I think it was released intentionally in this state, and they have plans to add stairs in the future. See the below post from the 10th of this month for context.
