Nlr?

So since the new downed system was released I was wondering about NLR since I've been told diffrent things from diffrent people. 

So does the NLR timer start when I get downed or does it start when I bleed out/respawn? 

And if someone drags me away 1km does that change my point of NLR?

 NLR starts from the moment your character is DEAD, from the location they died. So you get DOWNED at Kavala bridge at 9:00 and you die at Kavala hospital at 9:15, you wait till 9:30 BEFORE respawning/returning to anywhere within a 1km distance from Kavala hospital.

your NLR timer would start upon death as you are downed you are not dead and to answer your second question if your friend dragged you away 1km then your NLR would take effect from where they dragged you to if you were to die.
