Which Server did this happen on: not sure
 
Description of what happened: I killed a guy after he tried to RDM me, after this he came back within 15 mins. You will see him again@ minut 11.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: NLR
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: According to him he didn't break a rule.
  
Please post video evidence/screenshots here
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

(I KNOW I ARENT SUPPOSED TO GET INVOLVED) but this really bugs me.

NLR doesnt count when RDM'd, and you can't just say it's because 'he tried to RDM you' with only evidence of yourself doing what looks to everyone like RDMing him? Please upload a video of what happened beforehand (not trying to take control of the situation, saying this because if he actually RDM'd you he will be removed from TSS).

Also, using the Tilde (metagame) key is breaking rules.

Please do not respond. 

I use the metagamekey button out of roleplay because that's the way i can proof things like this.

4C) Using tilde key for anything other than identifying people who break rules

I clearly use this button to identify him.

As you can see in the video Wallace returned to the location of death within 15 minutes. This is classed as NLR.

5B) A new life does not start when

Your character has been the victim of a clear case of  RDM/VDM

If Pvt. Wallace believes i RDM'd him he can post proof of me RDMing him. 

I simply post evidence of his NLR.

You used tilde when looking through the window when the cops turned up sir, that's why I mentioned it. And like I said yes, all your video shows is you 'rdm'ing him. I'm not attacking you in any way, just saying this is what it looks like and you misused Tilde key at 1:18 til 2:05. You just asked him to provide proof? Your video literally shows you RDMing him.

Sorry to admins/mentors/forum mods that see this. I will stop commenting now I just feel this is a bit of a weird attack on one of my men and a video which just shows the reporter shooting without reason.

Can a forum mod please give this guy a warning point?

I use Tilde key because when he respawns at Kavala i will be able to see him? I also use Tilde key in Kavala because there is a LOT of VDM going on. 

If you read the ingame messages between me and Pvt. Wallace you will see he admitted to shooting my wheels etc? This is enough reason for me to kill him. Therefore i did NOT rdm him and he DID nlr. I do not understand why u are trying to defend someone who breaks the server rules?

I'm just confused. You used tilde key to see when he respawned? How did you know he would? You were just using it to find out who everyone was which I don't believe is allowed you had no reason to believe he'd return. 

I don't understand why you turned so hostile after I asked a couple of questions, damn.

After he VDM'd me, tried to RDM me, i had all reason the believe he was going to break another rule, NLR. And right i was. 

 
I'll just say for the record that I have tried to resolve this via TeaSpeak (didn't want to speak to me) and I have also responded via Mobile with my reasons to what's happened.

I'll explain what happened in a chronological order as the video starts the moment he shoots me (weird that you don't initially show what happened)

Mattijis stole a Police Car in the middle of the street just North of Kavala - I was coming into Kavala around the corner at that point and stopped just beside him while all of this unfolded.

He has then went into Police Car and crashed into my car upon reversing out of the road and therefore I followed him and shouted at him through communications to stop the car - he failed to do so therefore I looked to then ram the car to bring it to a stop.

Upon the ram working I then got out the car and then looked to shoot the wheels (only wheels, nothing else) however he was able to get away to the position in the actual video (at this point it starts - by this point I've went back to the Police scene at the start and I've been randomly shot, fair enough I accepted that)

I do accept I did go back to Kavala and that was my mistake for looking over that rule, however like I said I do find it amusing you've changed the attitude from sending me mobile messages about VDM/RDM threatening around that and then realizing that RP was initiated and I had a reason to do what I done to then changing it to NLR. 

I'll accept the consequences for my overlook on NLR, however I do apologize that I overlooked this rule - but a nice change of tone and response through your initial response to what happened.

@BobbyWallace just a heads up, if i rammed you, im sincerely sorry. if i did this, this was not on purpose. However, i would like to tell you this : Ramming someone to stop the car is classed as VDM and is not allowed... Also, you did NOT initiate RP. You can't just shout from car to car while we are driving?? Just imagine this is a real life situation. How am i supposed to hear you?( Both ingame and real life im not able to hear you )

In my eyes you just started ramming me, shooting at me without ANY reason.

P.S - I think it was very obvious you rammed me when you reversed straight away the moment and I shouted "Get the police car out the middle of the street" just before you done this - so technically you've" VDM'd" me first by going straight into my car (I'm sure this wasn't "on purpose" you'll say when you stole the police car)

You broke 3 rules within 12 minutes? You won't last long on this server if you don't learn the rules, im honestly telling you what you done wrong so you won't get a second ban. 

And like i said, maybe i rammed you? Sorry if i did, i don't ram people on purpose unlike you.

I broke 1 rule, actually (that I forgot about and accept consequences)

VDM/RDM did not happen.

If anything, you VDM'd myself at the start with the Cop Car, I followed it up via RP.

Next time don't metagame also.

@Elakin only tries to explain something and also gives you an advice to post the full Video.
If he would spamm useless and mean things ofc theres a warning point but you immediately want him to get a warning point and Im sorry for saying this I HATE people like that.
