NLR Returning to combat

A situation happened yesterday where a rebel gang denied all forms of RP and proceeded to have a firefight with police. After that all of the rebels died except two by police. One was driving in the area for awhile. Once the rebels NLR timer was up they reengaged in the active combat situation (Note the combat was still going on by a sniper). The men we had already killed came back into the situation without initiation and proceeded to kill the remaining officers. Im just curious if this is a breach of NLR or possibly a suggestion that could be added. -Outlaw

If they had been called in as backup by their surviving friends then it's allowed, just as cops requesting backup is.

as samat just said if they are called in by surviving members of there team then that is fine however what i have experienced happening sometimes is that everyone on one side will be dead except one guy , who will stay about 1km out of the way shooting a shot every 30 seconds or so to keep the fight active then after 15 minutes the rest of the group will fly or drive straight back in to the firefight which can keep fights going for hours , this is where i feel things need to be changed

Thats exactly what happend blaze, thanks for clearing it all up Samatlewiss and Blaze. It kinda feels non RP when you kill a guy and 15 minutes he comes back and kills you or you kill him? Possibly a change where once you die in a RP combat situation you aren't allowed to return.
