Description of what happened: I was just doing a routine traffic stop, he was failing to stop for about a minuet, then his friends just light me up no warning or RP!!
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes he said he will comp me cause he wants me gone cause I'm annoying him.

Now here's the thing. You posted the video of the shooting, not Gordon telling you to leave him alone, you're making it look like I shot you out of the blue, which I did not. 
And, I never said I would comp you because I wanted you gone, I said, and I quote " If you feel that I broke some rules I can comp you."
And I normally don't give a fuck about people complaining, but I am tired of all this reporting going on the forums. So that's why I would give you a small comp. And who wants a false report on them anyway?
And you say he failed to stop for a minute, you were trying to get him to pull all the way from North Kavala to the Coke processing, so that's more than a minute mate. And there were no friends " lighting " you up, I was the only one who fired a single shot at you.
 

PS. Don't try to make it look like you were just driving along and then getting shot.

 
Oh yes, and you never tried to resolve with me, you joined The Churchill Room on teamspeak and started complaining about how we didn't give you a warning and it was pure RDM, you then called Dogs " The shittiest roleplayer ever. " and when I said you annoyed me, I said that once, then you got all pissy and started complaining even more.

Hi All,

I was in the vehicle being persued and the police officer at the time had tried to pull me over for what he had called a routine stop, I had beel affiliated with members of the gang at the time and had been involved in illegal activies( cocaine processing ) as such I then tried to use direct chat over the mic to tell him to back off before this video starts roughly where the large corner is. I failed to stop, and it was his own choice to persue me I tried to get through to him and it was his own fault that he was unable to hear me. The members further up had been processing cocaine and had illegal fire arms.

I was an escort vehicle as part of the activies, even if I had not involved the player in question had been involved in said activies.

I would like to add to this that the players I am with had taken me into this server and helped me find my way around it. Having had previous experiance on arma 2 island life and day z I do know the basics.

In this case it seems that there had been miscommunication.

EDIT * would just like to mention that comp had been offered.

You can see the officer at the time even had a way point set to the processing ( which meant that he had a clear intention to head to members who had been conducting such activies) Furthermore players can easily see when police officers or anyone comes around that corner.

It even shows him zooming in on the location and the vehicle name coming up before he was shot.

He knew that he had been heading to an area where there could have been gang members or other criminals and it was his choice to persue the situation*

Thought you could shoot without warning if you're in possession of drugs and police are trying to pull you over?

Can't quote on the phone, but Emigrates stated this; Thought you could shoot without warning if you're in possession of drugs and police are trying to pull you over?

If this is true, this wasn't RDM for sure , I'm not saying it would've been anyway.

I am not a random person, It is true that I am not the accused and did not shoot you but I am a witness to what happened but the accused is away for the weekend so is unable to defend himself or will be here less often than needed.

What I had on me is irrevent as I did not shoot the officer concerned but I did have both un/processed cocaine on me for the period the group had been at that location for.

I am mainly here to clarify some aspects and that I did attempt to warn the officer that if he continued bad things would happen. I failed to stop and probably broke the speed limit I was in a gang with the other members who had such items on them too.

The video demonstrated he was heading there and I am here to clarify that the player who shot the officer had illegal items on them and had been processing the products. Again the video also demostrates that there had been a vehicle up there and this in an indication in skrippys favour that  we had been processing cocaine.

I would still like to see the longer version. But heres the new one it seems already

Just so you know I didnt hear any of what you had said either...and on my part I will apologise that you did not hear my warning of which I cant even hear when I boost the sound but will give it a go again some time later.

Again as mentioned we both clearly didnt hear each other.

As the longer version shows there was no warning and I was not following or trying to stop the person who shot me and he was conveniently positioned on the side of the road not on the hill at processing, so its clear that he was just there to shoot me.

I have no more to add to the story as this is all what happened and I want an admin to decide my fate.
