Description of what happened: I was at the drug dealer and after selling my drugs and running back to my truck this man shot and killed me with no warning or saying anything prior
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I sent multiple messages to which he said he doesn't like drug dealers and that's why he did it and refused to return my money

You could probably use that same video to submit a compensation request  (300k is a lot for someone just starting out).

on a related note:

Glad to see someone got this bunghole on video... he was camping in that house when I ran up there (not knowing he was camping it), and he RDM'ed me... luckily I wasn't alone and he got fukt, so I got some closure at least.
