It was one of my most scariest experiences, becouse I was on the road but it was totaly worth it ! ​

Illegal races are already kind of a thing.

All you need to do is buy a Go-Kart and race it around anywhere other than the go kart track. You may get it scrapped though

They are civ cars. It isn't something Police or NHS get access to so therefore it is a civ car.
