NHS Whitelist not working?

Okay so I passed my interview and I told to log into the server as my steam ID has been whitelisted on NHS, however 2 CMO's have tried to resolve the issue I am having and they are having no luck, It still says I am not whitelisted on the server to join as NHS. 

My name is in the database and so is my steam ID.

Whitelisting is a very common thing that breaks, unfortunately. It's either that or maybe there's something more complex...

Apparently the two CMOs didn't try very hard xD

Fixed.

EDIT: In the CMOs defence, none of them had actually looked at it by the time I got to it, it was a CST that didn't know xD
