So i am in the NHS i am an STU however on my profile it doesn't say that i am apart of it i just want to know if there is a way if i can fix this, or do i need to get a higher rank than STU to receive this great honor

also by the title i mean where it has a green banner under my name that says NHS.

Not quite sure why but it seems like forum whitelisting is also broken alongside the standard whitelisting right now so you will need to wait a little while until it gets sorted. The only thing you will miss is meeting notes and you can ask an MTO or CST for those if you need!

I'm pretty sure that you recieve that when you hit FA, just like with the police, you dont get it before youre PC.

You do get it at STU but its just a bit broken right now. I asked @CMO Stravides myself xD
