NHS Teamspeak STU Rank?

Hey, So when I first joined up to the NHS I got a rank on Teamspeak as an STU and now it is gone and I need the rank so that I can play in-game and get taught by someone what to do in-game. I think it went as I was in-active for a few weeks after I got the rank thinking I could come back anytime, but obviously not. Anyway any suggestions for what I am to do now would be very helpful, many thanks in advance!
