I was just wondering if there is any kind of requirements to join either faction, for example, certain DLCs or minimum hours ingame?

In terms of police you need to have a working mic, be 16+ in age, be able to attend a teamspeak interview and laslty not be blacklisted pretty much.

If you have a look at the public information under the faction section (Police) everything you need to know is there!

you need to be 16+ plus to join any faction.you dont need dlc to join any but there are some dlc items in them but dont worry it wont affect you,just put an app in for them and hope for best

In terms of NHS, you have to be age 16+ have a working mic and know the rules of the server, hope this helps!
