Description of what happened:
Well trying to lock my offroad [ with the anti spam in a lagy kavala ] CorseGaming decided to get my offroad and toke it for a spin.
He hit a wall and died about 100 mts away from the stealing point.
i would have revived hem when police could take hem in.
He decided that he wanted to try it again so he spawned in kavala.
My next patient was about 100 mts running, when i started the revive CorseGaming was already standing around my again waiting to try to steal my car again.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Stealing NHS car, Breaking NLR

No proof of breaking the NLR only my word.
