NHS Members all in one heli?

Why is it that the NHS stick together? it would be alot more resourceful if they spread out so why?

Anyone at the first rank (Student) is required to be with another medic at all times. Anyone Fist Aider or above can go by themselves and take students with them.

At peak times, there are a lot of students around, so they'll jump in with whoever wants to take them out.

Students need to be with other medics so they're learning properly and following rules. If they were to go by themselves, they could be breaking rules and not even know it, so it's best for them to be with other medics.

To add to this, there were 4 students online, and only one Medic online. While he could have just ignored them, and taken out 1 or 2, he decided to take them all out and as a result, they weren't really spread out on the server, hence why it might be frustrating. However, as Marc explained, they couldn't have gone out by themselves.
