Nhs interview

I don't want to sound like a douche but, i've been waiting for my interview for like 5 hours straight,plus yesterday i was waiting for 8 hours and no one appeared..while clearly nhs personel were online..please do something for the interview waiting time..

PS. i followed every instruction,and three more guys were waiting with me for hours
