So I am doing a survey, and I want your guys' feedback.

Have you guys experienced more NHS activity, since the NHS payrise?

Nhs is barely active; If you are other side of map they barely respond, need to stop rejecting peoples applications so easily.

I think it's a bit of a shame that NHS only log on for the money. I would have hoped that they log on to roleplay but if they just want the money then the NHS has lost it's goals in my opinion.

The main priority of the NHS is to deliver high quality RP to the server and not going around and getting as many people up as possible, therefore our required standards are very high when it comes to applications and interviews. If we would let everybody in the standard of RP of the NHS would drop dramatically.

Gunny that is exactly it you are on the other side of the map so we prioritise people who are closer

We don't play just because of the money, we are here because we enjoy the RP you can get. However getting paid more when on patrol motivates people more to go on patrols and makes it more attracting.

In my opinion it doesn't matter, if you log on for the money or the roleplay as long as medics provide good roleplay I don't care what their motivation is, but if you see any medics provide bad roleplay, then I want you to report them to the MTOs, CSTs and CMOs.

It amuses me that most of the people who voted no are the least active members of the NHS (some of which are even ex NHS staff who were removed for their inactivity!)

If you think we do this for the money. you are wrong because the NHS get bare shit. we all come on hear to Roleplay and get fun experiences.

i dont know about you joel, but i am only here for the money, that is why my 'paperwork' takes so long when im at the desk of the hospital.

All jokes aside, NHS activity has greatly increased it just so happens that because we only have one place we are able to spawn we end up getting stuck with people downed in kavala and surrounding areas. maybe it could be a point for development to fix our vehicle spawns at other hospitals

haha, hahahahahah, ha

Maybe you should just put some effort into the apps and app team members like myself wont have to deny them so quickly

Also we do respond, but we actually do something called rp as well, we rp with our patients to the best of our ability which can take time unfortunately. We do our best and all we do is get abused for it so please give us a bloody break!

I think danish is asking a different question. Does medics come on often? Now I agree with you medics do seem to not revive ppl. This might be because there roleplaying you have to give them a chance. Anyway when I've been on as a cop, which has been a lot lately, There hasn't been a moment when we were able to revive as there was a medic on.

I think the higher paycheck encourages not doing anything, I've seen NHS just sit with 3-6 lads in a Air Rescue patrol where the pilot does the flying and one of the guys hops out to roleplay and the rest just chill in the heli for an easy massive paycheck.

Brave statement especially considering your not a member of the NHS. Before complaining about the medics and complaining about the same thing that has been said hundreds of times at that. The best thing to do is apply for the medics, become a medic and then you'll know how it is. Untill that day, don't be so judgmental about something which is clear to me that you don't know too much about.

This happens very rarely, if seen they are usually asked to split so as to get to more people. They don't just sit there even in this case they still carry out rp as a collective :/

I have noticed an increase in medical activity in the last week or two, I used to die due to lag and accidents and VDM all the time and the medics never came to help me, but lately they have showed up a lot more, its very nice. Surgeon Singh has been the one that has helped me the most often of late as well, very nice given that my recent deaths are super far from kavala (aka, cross map). I am not a kavala junky so I am almost never near where the medics actually get called to very often, so the support on the other side of island of late has been extremely nice

now you all probably know who i am i use to have so much pride for the medic i use to love logging on everyday when i got home i use to love to RP with people i had so much passion for the medics i loved what they did for people and that's why i joined and stayed in for along time it was my first whitelisted faction i had ever joined and i loved every second of it there was some downsides to the medics that needed a lot of improving on, now looking forward at the medics i have not see a lot of medics on recently to talk to are to RP with the people of Kavala i would of thought the paychecks that the NHS had recently revived would of brought a lot of medics back online and active again, now i sometimes pisses me of when you do get revived and the medic says to you "Hey there say i don't see anything wrong with you let me bandage you up" and they drive of it my eyes when i played as medic i always tried to RP to the best of my ability.

I still have some what of passion left for the medic that still come online and try to rp with people

There are some moments when there aren't lof of NHS online but when there are, please don't harass them meanwhile they are already treating someone else. Sometime when the server is full or almost, it happens that there are 2 or 3 medics but they can't be everywhere at the same time providing the same level of roleplay. If you want us to go everywhere in some seconds to revive people our RP would drastically change (aswell as our reputation)...

Seeing a fair few irrelevant points in this topic, please keep to the point at hand!

Otherwise, I'm not the most active in game as of late however I have seen an increase in medic activity lately.
