Just signed up to this. How do I play this game as in do I need to download something to play it?

Nope man, just log onto the server (its usually always full however there are 3 servers to choose from if one is full) your data gets saved over all 3 servers !
Log in as a civ, and enjoy the life on Altis !
Remember to read the rules and not to break RP (Roleplay) as it is punishable !

Is there a different section for me to be able to log onto any server? I hover my mouse over them and nothing happens. God probably sound so stupid. -.-

You need to click on it twice then when it starts the game join the purple civilian slot.

On the Arma 3 Main Menu: aPlay > Multiplayer > Filter
Under "Hostname" enter "AltisLife.co.uk", you will see any ALUK server that's online, you can find them there, and as Lharmon said, simply double click and you're in.
ALSO, this is VERY important, if you are new, READ the rules. Logging on without doing so may result in you accidentally breaking one and being permanently banned. You can find the rules here: http://www.altislife.co.uk/rules/
