So instead of waiting for UNMC´s at checkpoint to tax you when you are going to blackmarket you just buy this and you dont need to pay the tax after?

UNMC will be checking passes of visitors to the area. If there is no UNMC presence at the checkpoint then as long as you've picked up your pass you'll have no issues passing the checkpoint.
Yup. Buy the pass and you can come and go as you please for the restart, i'm guessing till disconnect or till the pass is revoked.

yes once you buy the passport that entitles you to use all unmc facilities inside our lands, all unmc soldiers can check your passport at any time by using the windows key
yes the 50k you pay for the passport is distributed evenly between all unmc soldiers inside our lands
