Hello I just joined the discord and I am really interested in joining the rp server do I need to fill in a form (whitelisting) for joining? if so can you send me the link as I couldn't find it in the discord or the website is there a form or do I just join?

Their is no whitelist. You can just simply load up FiveM

Press F8 

Type "connect xaamj5"

Or filter and search "roleplay.co.uk"

Then you will find the server. Whilst in the queue make sure you have been to the rules page and made yourself aware of the rules in place.
