There is nowhere to public park in the south east of the city, i'm thinking of the grove street,  Ballas, area

 
You already got Vanilla Unicorn Parking, Police Impound Parking, and Trucking Parking. Why would you need more in that vicinity?

 
Rejected - Already many public parking areas within the immediate vicinity
