So Wilco just posted an update info and there was this special sentence......

Added: New NHS vehicle skins and clothing provided kindly by @killerabbit(more on this later today)

This is driving me crazy now and I cant wait to get home tonight and take a look at these new skins!!!!!!

If anybody maybe got some screenshots of this or could take a few?
