For those who are a little confused, the names and abbreviations for some NHS ranks have changed with the new Teamspeak - these are shown below:

It will take some time to get used to the new ones

Although I personally think First Aider should be replaced with Nurse, for example I was a first aider when I was in the scouts but I don't work for the NHS. I also Resident should be replaced with  Registrar as I believe that's the UK version of Resident.

EDIT:

This is how I would have the rank system:

NHS Rank

Abbreviation

Student/Foundation Year 1

STU/FY1

Foundation Doctor Year 2/Nurse

FY2/NUR

Paramedic

PMD

Speciality Registrar/Registrar

SpR/REG

Doctor

Dr

Consultant

Cons

Chief Medical Officer

CMO

We didn't want a load of "Cons" as command though..

And imo, numbers make the abbreviations look a little taccy.

Maybe but I just went off the real NHS abbreviations

I updated it as I forgot to put nurse as an option for the second rank (not sure of the real nurse abbreviation)

It was aalways stupid how doctor was above surgeon. I think resident should be replaced with surgeon.
