So we know that the Development team are looking into implementing the new drug dealer, but just out of interest when will this change occur?

I just want a rough answer as I have been hearing differently from people and I am looking very much forward to the day this change happens!

Well, I wouldn't call it a new drug dealer, since the current Kavala drug dealer is just being moved to its old location on the hill near AR. I do not know, when this will occur though.
