I have now had a chat with BT and have had my internet package changed so i get around 30 ping on Server 2. I am sorry for what happened and I know i shouldn't have played if my ping was so bad that I couldn't stop the car from crashing in to people. I hope I can get unbanned as I am loving playing as an CSO and love the servers.

I happen to use BT myself... did they advise what the issue was or the fix ?

Also changing your package does not improve your ping unless your changing from ADSL to fibre, Please advise.

We upgraded to BT fiber optic. We also still had the home hub 4 which was getting problems in one of the earth-net ports had been damaged so we had the router changed. Long story short we have a new package and have now got a working router. I have no ping problems and have not had any more problems on the server. I hope i can be unbanned as i would never intentionally do this to any players as I myself hate VDMs
