Description of what happened: What did this player do? So this happened with in the first hour and first time of me being on the server. I had crashed on the side of the road waiting for a repair kit from my friend Dean and at this point I had been waiting 10 minutes as I was on the way to process my weed run in an offroad. I was speaking with a Police officer who had just crashed at the same spot and the roleplay was great, we were having a laugh it was all wonderful until a group arrived in a civ SUV they jumped out did not say anything or announce who they were. We were polite said hello started roleplay and Nevin begins to ask what my name is. I say Grape, instantly tells me to put my hands up so I comply and ask why it is he wants me to put my hands up. This was strange to me as I thought initially we were being robbed but then how could we if a police officer was stood right in front of them. Now at this point I wasn't going to call metagaming but its pretty obvious when you look back at it he sees my name, nice easy grab. It was also very strange how a bounty hunter has my name on the wanted list for murder when I have literally been playing on the Alits Life server for just over an hour, 50,000 to my name an offroad and no weapons oh and had not killed or attempted to kill anyone in that time (In addition the reason he gave that they had evidence was that there was a camera that has facial recognition and my name was placed in the database... God mode RP +1) I ask Nevin for his name and what is going on he chucks me in the car with the officer takes me to Kavala HQ and asks me this one question "Do you need food or water" not, do you need a lawyer, would you like to know what you have been taken in for, my rights were not read to me he didnt even state his name until I pointed that out so all in all really great first impression of the level of RP I and other may expect from Nevin. I was sent to jail even after trying to dispute the fact I was innocent but of course nothing was said in return. Great way to waste 10 minutes of someones time at 7:00am GMT. I dont expect anything to come from this, but I felt its necessary to let everyone else see what kind of RP you can expect from this particular player. I really wish I had shadowplay running at 7am in the morning to show how poor this situation was.
Side note - I did also try and explain in direct chat by typing out of Roleplay that I had only been on the server for just over an hour and had just started a run/new to the server and legit had not killed anyone but that was ignored and I was sent to jail.
What Rule Was Broken ? Fail RP/God Mode RP (Facial Recognition automatically putting a players name is the "DATABASE" for murder when nobody witnessed it because it never happened. I feel like it was partial metagaming as the first and only thing he asked me when I was mid RP with a cop was what is your name and was very insistent on me providing my name
wonder why..
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I did try and get his attention and maybe ask exactly what happened from his POV and asked if he could come talk with me on the TS but he did not reply and stayed in his channel so GG.
Would you rate this experience positive or negative?: Negative.
