NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID Error Google Chrome

I recently formatted my PC and when I went to reinstall google chrome, I keep getting this error whenever I load it up:

NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID

Basically saying that my connection is not private, even though it is.

Chrome work fine on my other devices on the exact same internet connection. Both wired and wireless.

Any ideas?

I did some basic scanning over chrome articles and none of the 'solutions' I found actually worked, for me. I thought I would ask on here and see if anyone knew as I would probably receive a quicker reply here then on the chrome forums.

Unfortunately, none of the solutions listed on that site worked. I have also looked for other workarounds and none of those have worked either.
