NEED URGENT HELP! (New computer)

So I just finished building my computer, took my 8 hours and it was horrible, but its done and I've installed windows. But my 3TB HDD won't show up in my computer, it shows up just fine in the BIOS, what is wrong?

Have you initialized in in disk management?

Right click Computer > Manage > Storage > Disk Management > Right click disk > Initialize Disk
