The TRG at 30K I do believe is the cheapest, even if I'm wrong on price it's still the cheapest ( it may be the sale price we have every 10 days at the start of the month if the donation goal is met ).
Personally I recommend the MX although it's in the 100k area. Purely because it's powerful,beautiful and not too expensive. The ammo isn't dear and it shoots he distance that you would need on a roleplay server.

If your new to the server with not much money I recommend getting an MX like @Samatlewiss said at least that way you can shove it in your back pack. Once you feel comfortable running around with a huge ass rifle I recommend the MK18
