hey im in the usa and wanting to play and ive read the rules and all but I cant find out how to start the game

On ARMA 3 (I assume you own it XD) you go to play --> multiplayer
Then you click filter in the bottom left and search for "altislife.co.uk" without quotes. This will show you just the ALUK servers and then you select whichever server you want
The modpack linked above is optional but from the modpack menu you can choose a server from there as well. Either way works perfectly well
