Im new to the server and as soon as i joined this happend can anyone help me ?

Try and reload it if not then download the ALUK Launcher if your not using it already, Never had this problem myself before but i know the Server/Arma itself is having major issues at the minute so it could be that? Just keep trying and im sure someone will have a better solution than i do.

i think this has something to do with your PC, how ever the servers has been in rly bad state cause of the new arma3 DLC..

Just leave your computer on and come back and see if it has loaded, if it has then it should load straight away ever time you join.

If that doesn't work try loading another server up and see if it loads then try on AltisLife.co.uk again
