Can anyone please tell me how i can make a co ownership of one of my propertys with someone what do i need to do?

Unfortunately you cannot have a co-ownership of a property, the laws of the lands do not see it fitting! However alternatively if you do find yourself in wealth or the presence of others with said wealth you may purchase a gang base in which all members of the gang can use for gearing up and storage providing you have the upgrades. I suppose you can give your friend keys to your pad for the restart (4 hours) but that's not exactly very effective. @karamba
