Need help with designing a logo

I would really appreciate it if someone could help my create a logo for my clan. My photoshop tutorial is out of time and im too much of a pussy to download it from random sites.

I want it to say FGT and needs to be something like this -> http://imgur.com/4RZ8joC

I want the picture to be a square (for example 800x800 or 1000x1000)

Upon me getting summoned by Lord @Zippey i had to unleash my Photoshop skill and well i made this:

Did something a bit apart, since i wanted it to look more unique than just following a boring torturial, hope you like something a bit more unique ! ;)

@Dreamz I dont want to bother you anymore than i already have but could you add "Squad" (with a smaller font) under the G and kind of between the F and T? I would really appreciate it.
