So i have a question about a situation ingame theres no clear rule for it and want to make it clear. Lets say i am going to the drug dealer and when i just arrived i saw a truck whos taking off and i am far away to communicate him can i shoot his tires to make him stop and then engage RP or would that be considered as attempted RDM? I would be glad if i get a clarification from an admin.
