need help about scrapping vehicles

I would to ask about something.

If I got a vehicle and it got stolen, then the thieve used it to do illegal things, so if a cop caught the thieve and the cop found about the illegal items , will he scrap the vehicle???

If you have not report it stolen once it has been stolen from you then yes, tehre is the risk of it being scrapped by the police with the suspicion of the car belongs to a friend of him who helped with the illegal runs.

There is quite a process before you can scrap a vehicle.

1. You have to confirm the owner. etc ID

2. Find out who the actual person is that is driving and punish them accordingly.

3. Check the dispatch center for any calls about the vehicle being stolen. (just like IRL report something that has gone missing)

4. Make the decision on if it should be scrapped or impounded.
