Need a player spoken to or banned for RDMing

I got RDM'd for no real reason, and i lost allot of gear, i dont mind not getting compensation hjowever i would like this player to be seriously warned or banned.

It was me that shot you as we asked to not run away and you ran as well as wwe did speak to you but your friends in Teamspeak were too loud for you to hear us and then you talked to us disrespectfully and we engaged, There was no RDM and therew was roleplay asking you where you were going as well as asking you not to run, Simple.

The rules state that i must be 100% aware of you engaging me, you mic was so awful i couldn't hear a thing you were saying, at all, as you can see from the video, and you didn't role play when killing me, you just murdered me for calling you a name, that against the rules
