My name is Neal Caffrey and I have just set foot on the island of Altis after a long flight from Lakeside. I decided to move to Altis to start a new life, one that negates my life of petty crime and false identity. If you see me around come say hello. I was sent to prison for art fraud and multiple art thefts, I learnt my lesson and I am now pursuing a career in the Altis Life UK Police Force
