[N.L.A.] Spooner - RDM

Hey there, 

I just started playing on this server yesterday. I logged in just minutes ago and spawned in Kavalla. I walked outside and saw a dead body with a guy standing by it. I realize I have no sound and open up the in-game sound settings to see what's wrong. Settings are all fine and I was about to restart the game when a guy walks up to me. This was NLA Spooner. He was tagged 'speaking' but shot me pretty much instantly.

Later in chat he said he told me to put my hands up but I seriously did not even have the time to type a message in chat that my sound wasn't working before he shot me.

Surely saying 'put your hands up' and shooting someone the moment you say it is RDM.
