Myles' ban dispute (Unbanned 26/05/15)

 hello my name is Myles, today at about 15.50 i was banned in kavala police headquarters. my steam ID is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198141623434
 
My story
 
me and my friend had got a police car and was driving through the police station showing off. then when he was turning around i jumped out and tried to take a police officer hostage and maybe make some money. when i approached the police officer in yellow i said get on the ground and comply the officer did not he just stood there and moved his head around not even answering me. as this is going on another police officer raised his weapon at me so i shout him. then someone else shot me and restrained me. then it came up in the middle of the screen battle eye error i tried to got back on and i was banned

The rules i broke
 
so i am sorry to start of with. i didn't know i couldn't get my weapon out in the police station i am sorry i just didn't know. i also shout an officer who pulled his gun out on me. (also my fault shouldn't have had my gun out in the first place). as for the combat logging that did not happen it came  up on my screen with battle eye error. then i tried to log back in and i was banned
 
Why i think you should give me a second chance
 
this is why i think you should give me a second chance i didn't know that i wasn't allowed to have my weapon out in the police station i am sorry i must have missed that in the rules and i am sorry. i have been playing this server for a while now and me and my friends have been playing it every day for many hours and i really enjoy it. i am always role playing and having lots of fun with people i have met many friends in this server and they would all tell you that i am not the type of man to just go out and break the rules,  and also i would just like to say he could of just said your not aloud to do that hear and i would of stopped straight away there was lots of time. i really hope you reconsider my ban and i promise you will never see my name in this part of the forum again

You can't expect people to follow the rules all the time when they are playing on the server. Your running a server which has content such as gunfights, robberies, gangs, police, etc. When people get caught up in this stuff, sometimes the panic of the moment takes you further than remembering not to shoot in a blue-zone. So am I saying that when things kick off, to just throw the rules out the window? No, of course not, what i'm saying, is people are occasionally going to forget about some rules when they get caught up in this stuff, and it wouldn't hurt to just let this stuff slide when it does happen. I understand that you're trying to maintain a high level of RP at all times, but what you have to understand is that the game-mode indirectly promotes a DayZ style of game-play: Everyone wants to hurt you, so when people are getting into a heated situation, sometimes a few rules may just slip their minds, and when this happens, it should just be forgiven instead of an instant ban. But hey, it's your server, if that's how you like to do things, don't let me stop you, but at least consider what I said. - EViLPiNKPiGZ

hello can i ask how we are doing with my dispute to me ban please.

 
So how do you explain the combat logging? It is a ban without appeal as we class it as an exploit.

 
i didnt combat log if you look at the officers report it says player was kicked 



even another officer said in his report that i didnt

 
this si taking a long time. can i please just get a yes or no answer please
