My PC is broke , please help

Basicly i  tried to load Arma up a few days ago and i got this http://prntscr.com/9etnx4. The red screen is stopping me from playing Arma.  I have also got it when i try to play other games like Witcher 3 and Fallout 4, so im quite fucked.

Yep found out its not just Arma its all games that are dark red and fuzzy as hell , not got a clue , im pretty fucked

basically turn Nvidia 3D vision off

Just games , uploading a quick video of Fallout 4 , taken on my phone to show what its like , it dont look good at all

If other people have the same problem they might stumble upon this thread, was the fix what @Just Fuel Suggested or was it something else?
