My newly bought House

I have recently bought a house on the fivem server for 900k. when viewing the house I noticed that  the windows where the view would be are just black  I thought since I was on view mode that once the house was bought the windows would change to the actually view of the city but it doesn't they stay black with dirty smudges all over them and for what ever reason  when it rains the house gets  completely  flooded the stairs have a waterfall going down them as well . I was just wondering if there is something I can do about this or a trade for another one without loosing a lot of money on the house as if I do sell it I only get  585k out of the 900k that I original paid for it. 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah the flooding thing happens with any house I'm sure as my apartment has wet floors when it's raining

they are not actual houses in they are randomly in map as you will see when you zoom out they are still in world so weather still effects them and since in void there is nothing out the windows in all houses
