1A) Cheats, scripts or hacks of any kind are not allowed. Even those who are not considered harmful, like graphical enhancement utilities.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I did but he ran away jumped in a car and drove off.

Did not have a video as it was just after I logged. But have screen shots of him doing it
You can see the suit on the floor that he robbed of Stanley, and you can see during the screenshots of his face mask changing
