how do I know if mu application is approved? and if not whats the reson? I cannot see the reply coz it keeps givin me "retricted" section

Your application was denied for being banned from the server when you applied. Feel free to re-apply once/if the ban is up

Yes, as stated above you were denied due to being banned. 

Usually your results are PM'd to you but sometimes we forget, like @Dr Hank did with your application. I forgot completely yesterday xD.

Do feel free to reapply when you are unbanned however,
