A couple of points from me:

Why a second WiFi card when mobo has WiFi built in?

Same question for the sound card.

At this point you might want to wait for the Katy Lake processors coming out very shortly.

Why the Kingston ssd and not another Samsung evo?

well firstly you may right about the wifi but i will also remove the sound card and im willing to get creative blaster z sound card

and not sure why i chose different ssd xD

is samsund be better?

also  120 GB SSD Its good for OS? or should i just get one 500 gb ssd?

becasue i wasthinking to get 120 gb ssd fo the os and 240 or 500 for games  like arma .etc

Do you have any need for a pci-e sound card though? Generally on-board soundcards are *fine* and it's more the quality of the speakers you'll be plugging into them. Unless you're a real audiophile, i'd say save your money and dont get either the wifi or soundcard. you can always add them later.

The Samsung EVO series are some of the best SSDs you can get. If your motherboard supports an m.2 SSD i would highly advise you get one of those as they're incredibly fast. If you want to put os on one SSD and games on another, get a minimum of 250gb for your OS and 500+ for the games. 120GB for windows, updates, any software installed there just wont be enough really.

I have 250gb ssd for windows 10, 500gb ssd for games, and 2TB HDD for other stuff and 1.5TB HDD for shadowplay footage.

i will get 250 GB SSD For the Os\Wndows 10 And 500 GB SSD For Games + 3TB HDD for other stuff is that good or i need bigger SSD For OS\Windwos?
