Description of what happened: Mullah and his Fluffy Rabbit friends got out their cars and blocked the road next to Kavala greenzone, and ran over several people. He's mostly driving the yellow car in the video, but you can read the message showing up when the officer impounds one of the cars.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 0,4A,5
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, to no avail.

he hit a few people in this, but they were being idiots walking randomly around the road...... even looked like he tried to dodge 1 person as well, which lead him to hit another.... also no sound on video..

VDM is bannable, but people wondering aimlessly next to a moving car needs to be taken into consideration.

If you got banned for VDM without thinking about how people walk, everyone would be banned. 

I don't know how many times a day I actually VDM people because I simply drive on the road, on the right hand side and someone just runs straight out infront of the car. 

It's not always the drivers fault. 

Note; Didn't watch the video, I'm just trying to kill some sparetime by commenting on every single thread I can find where I have atleast something valid to comment.
