Description of what happened:I overheard a robbery at iron copper trader so i pull in to ask whats going on, i then start getting shot at, so i move to get some cover, whilst in cover i take some more shots from the mountain side somewhere so i move inside the building ( don't have this part on recording) i then hear someone walking around my position, the guy started shooting before he walked around the corner and knew where i was, no RP was initiated and i feel that this was metagaming/RDM as that he used my name tag to his advantage to know where i was before he came into the building 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
4B) You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine to get, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:No, player could not be found

This is Muhammed speaking , 

it was not RDM because you were shooting at my friend . obviously you didnt leave that part in the video and only show me killing you.

Maybe i did bad RP . But this is what happend in my eyes . 

We are robbing . You stop and walk to my friend . He says go away . You go behind a wall and equip your gun . You shoot at my friend , or gave him a warning shot , i dont know but i personnaly think that is enough RP to start shooting at you to save my friend and myself . 

Maybe in your eyes it was different but i dont understanding why you instantly report me on the forum instead of talking to me on TS . I am playing this game for fun and probably so are you . Then why do you try to get me banned ? 

If i get banned for this , wich i probably wont because the lack of evidence . I would recommend next time talking to the person first and handle it like a mature person , we could have solved in like 2 minutes and now i needed to write this hole story to make my point . 

But in the end . The admins will decide and i have been banned before so it would be a permanent ban ( Wich i would really hate because i am loving the server and i am meeting new friends everyday ) .

and About the name tag ( metagaming incedent ) . Its called Windows and they were on the right side of the shack and i could easily see you in that corner from there . especially later on when you just layed down

i think youll find i told him to stop[ what hes doing he walked around  the corner and walked off and i preceded top get shot from somewhere i dont even know where from,  nothng was said from your guys behalf,  if you want to call it more FAIL RP then sure muhammed thats what i is more likely from your perspective. You also say i walked to your friend, this is incorrect. He had a gun out so i jumped out of my car and went behind it for cover as my life was threatened... And as it said on this, shortly after the incident i did head to TS but no Muhammed was found in the GC chat.
